Basic Uncontested Desk Divorce (No Kids, No Property)

Best for couples who agree on everything and have no assets to split or minor children.


  • Paralegal Fee (Drafting & Revisions): $1000
  • Court Running and Filing Fees: $360
  • (Mandatory government disbursement)
  • Process Server Fee (Optional): $200
  • (If required to serve the spouse)


  • Total Cost: $1560 plus GST

Uncontested Divorce with Minor Children

Includes drafting the mandatory parenting plans, child support calculations (Federal Child Support Guidelines), and parenting orders.


  • Paralegal Fee (Drafting & Revisions): $1200
  • Court Running and Filing Fees: $360
  • (Mandatory government disbursement)
  • Process Server Fee (Optional): $200 
  • (If required to serve the spouse)


  • Total Cost: $1760 plus GST

Separation Agreement Drafting

A formal contract dividing property, debts, and spousal support. Note: To be legally binding in Alberta under the Family Property Act, clients must take this contract to separate lawyers for Independent Legal Advice (ILA).


  • Paralegal Fee (Drafting & Revisions): Total Cost: $1400 plus GST

Individual A La Carte Documents & Add-Ons

  • Statement of Claim for Divorce (Only): $400
  • Affidavit of Applicant & Desk Divorce Package without minor children: $600
  • Affidavit of Applicant & Desk Divorce Package with minor children: $700
  • Amending a Statement of Claim: $200
  • Desk Divorce Application Re-Submission: $300

(If rejected by the court due to client-provided errors)

  • Certified Copy of Divorce Judgment / Certificate of Divorce: $125 (Plus $25 court fee)
